Alas, the boss hidden amongst the trees of Ulduar - fell. Ortis, Kelai and Zelig were key components to the first kill as they worked together to produce a plan to defeat her.
A few notes going forward ...
Assign tanks to each of the elementals. The snaplasher tank should be a paladin or death knight. A tank type that can generate threat a bit easier than others. A tank that has good experience on Ignis would be a good choice. Also assign dps to each of the elementals. Assign a Shaman to use Earth Bind and Earth Shock.
Assign a kill team for the tree when it pops.
Stand under the mushrooms.
Watch for the exploding cabbage.
